QUOTATIONS Written and verbal quotations will remain open for customer acceptance and order placement over a 30 day period. After 30 days, the quotations are subject to price adjustment.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE All orders are subject to approval by a duly authorized representative.
TERMS A cash discount of 1% is offered for invoices paid within 10 days from date of invoice.
Payment of all invoices is due within 30 days of invoice. No cash discount is allowable on C.O.D. payments or where past due payments remain unpaid. Title to all materials sold shall pass to the purchaser on delivery to warehouse.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNED GOODS Cancellation of custom work will not be accepted without charge for labor, material & related expenses. Cancellation and return of stock items may be made with authorization by a company representative. If material is received in a saleable condition, credit will be allowable based on sale price less 25% restocking and handling charge. On all returned items, freight must be paid by buyer.
CLAIMS Purchaser shall upon receipt of materials, immediately check for shortages, damages or improper material and report to us within 30 days. Failure to notify shall relieve ATLAS of any claim for such conditions.
HARDWARE - Hardware furnished by others must be in our plant before a job is placed in production.
The use of only templates for preparation of hardware is unacceptable and ATLAS will not be responsible for the accuracy of work which is performed in this manner. Expediting hardware will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

MINIMUM ORDER: $100.00 NET.
DISCREPANCY If there is a discrepancy between the index and the body of the price catalog, the information in the body of the catalog will take precedence.
FORCE MAJEURE, ATLAS shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform due to strikes, fire, flood, war, declared or undeclared, insurrections, riots, acts of God, embargoes by foreign nations, inability to obtain materials, shortages of power needed to operate plants, governmental regulations or priorities or any other cause beyond the control of ATLAS. In the case of delays caused by any of the above, ATLAS reserves the right, at its discretion, to schedule orders based on available capacity, or to cancel, with written notice, orders that it believes will not be available by scheduled completion dates.
